Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, new product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@mainelove.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

If your package appears lost in transit, please reach out so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout. mainelove is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
