Our Mission

More than water

We started mainelove with a simple idea: take something that Maine has in abundance – pristine water – and share it in a way that supports our neighbors, protects the planet, and sends a little love to everyone.

Maine is home to some of the world’s best natural resources, and as 12th-generation Mainers, we wanted to build a company that shines a light on them.

At the end of the day, mainelove is about more than water. It’s about community, sustainability, and love. Because even a small business in Maine can make a big difference.

Anne - Bubble Perfection

"The original with bubbles is my fav. Perfect amount of carbonation. I'm obsessssed!"

Jake - The Flavor Profile is Excellent

"The raspberry hit me, and then I got the lime to finish it. It's really nice!"

Laura - Great For Mocktails

"I'm obsessed with the raspberry lime for a mocktail. So refreshing!!"

Kristan - Blueberry Love

"Wow. The blueberry taste is amazing."

Dani - Lunchtime Special

"Blackberry grapefruit is SO refreshing! Perfect for lunchtime."

INIFINITELY RECYCLABLE

Aluminum can be recycled again and again, without ever losing quality. That's the kind of sustainability we believe in.

Maine Sourced

Maine has a secret water filter: trees. Our source, Sebago Lake, sits in a watershed that's 84% forest — all of it quietly cleaning the water before it ever reaches the lake. It does the job so well that the EPA granted a waiver from filtration, meaning the water doesn't need to be filtered before treatment. Only about 50 water sources in the entire country can say the same.

Made with Neighbors

We don't have our own canning facility — and we like it that way. Every mainelove can is filled and sealed by local Maine breweries, the same people who've spent years perfecting the craft of canning. It keeps the work, and the jobs, right here at home.

Cans That Come Back

Aluminum is infinitely recyclable — meaning today's can could be a brand new one again in as little as 60 days. Simple and sustainable, the way water should be.
